Who We Are
Tennessee Property Tax Appeals is a Nashville-based property tax consulting firm dedicated to helping property owners ensure their real estate is assessed accurately and fairly. We specialize in the review and appeal of both residential and commercial property assessments in Davidson County, providing comprehensive, end-to-end representation throughout the appeals process.
TPTA was created to simplify and professionalize what is often a confusing and opaque system. Property tax appeals in Tennessee require a clear understanding of valuation methodology, local market dynamics, and procedural requirements. Our team applies that expertise on behalf of property owners, handling the process in its entirety and advocating for outcomes grounded in data, analysis, and market reality.

Our Team
Tennessee Property Tax Appeals is led by founder Wade Seifert (pictured).
Wade is a Tennessee based real estate professional with experience across both residential and commercial markets. After completing a dual master’s program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, he relocated to Nashville and began building a career focused on property valuation, market analysis, and real estate strategy.
While working with the Davidson County Property Assessor’s Office, Wade gained firsthand exposure to the property tax assessment and appeals process. He saw how complex the system can be for property owners and how often appeals fail due to lack of preparation, data, or procedural knowledge. That experience led to the creation of Tennessee Property Tax Appeals, with the goal of providing professional, informed representation to property owners throughout Davidson County and Middle Tennessee.
Wade is supported by a multidisciplinary team that includes an attorney, a CPA, and a doctoral-level engineer. This diverse expertise allows TPTA to approach appeals from multiple analytical angles, combining legal insight, financial analysis, and technical evaluation to deliver well-supported, data-driven appeals and consistent results.

Our role is to bridge that gap. We approach every engagement with a focus on accuracy, process integrity, and objective analysis, not speculation or confrontation.
